Brandon is an Associate on the investment team based in New York. Brandon joins us from BB&T where he worked on the sell-side M&A team, focusing mostly on industrial transactions. Prior to BB&T, Brandon spent a year with Pavilion Alternatives where he learned how to evaluate and select investment managers (hopefully he used that training to select MiddleGround as his employer). Brandon received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from the University of Virginia.
While Brandon’s resume implies he is a Southerner, he actually hails from Boston and can spit out the meanest Boston accent you’ve ever heard. We actually thought he had transformed into Sean Penn from Mystic River the first time we heard it. When you combine this with the fact that he is obsessed with large-scale Italian hero sandwiches, you start to question his allegiances. We are okay with this duality as it is actually a perfect fit for our firm with our Southern and Northeast locations!
